Our “Sponsor a Pony” scheme is a way of helping to support our ‘3 Rs’ philosophy, Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome. By sponsoring a pony for £3 a month you are helping towards the costs of us rehabilitating rescued equines and wherever possible, finding them a safe and secure future with a loving Guardian home.

If you sponsor one of our horses or ponies you will be able to come and visit them on Open Day and at other times by arrangement. Sponsorship helps us raise vital funds to continue our work rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing horses, ponies and donkeys who are the victims of neglect, cruelty, abandonment and poor circumstances.

Description

Linus is a handsome, Traditional Cob gelding standing at approx 14hh. He arrived at Lluest in January 2012 along with 5 others. They had been fly grazing in the South Wales area. Linus has a fantastic temperament so has a special job on the farm. He assists in education sessions and provides therapy for children and adults with disabilities and mental health challenges. In addition to his special job he has another important role accompanying newly backed horses out riding, welcoming new rescues, showing them the ropes and helping settle them in. Linus also takes part in displays at Lluest.
